Waehrend eines Kunstkurses im sommerlichen Rom erfahren die amerikanischen Studentinnen Beth (Lauren German), Lorna (Heather Matarazzo) und Whitney (Bijou Phillips) von einem ihrer Zeichenmodels von einer legendaeren Jugendherberge in der Slowakei, in der angeblich die wildesten Partys gefeiert werden. Kurzentschlossen reisen die drei Maedels nach Osteuropa und bezahlen schon bald bitter fuer ihre Neugier. Schnell stellt sich naemlich heraus, dass die Herberge nur ein Vorwand ist, um Frischfleisch fuer ein Folterverlies heranzuschaffen, in dem sich Sadisten fuer 50.000 Dollar alle blutigen Wuensche erfuellen koennen.
